Dolce Social Club – Cancellation & Booking Policy

Effective Date: March 26, 2026

This Cancellation & Booking Policy (“Policy”) applies to all services, events, and bookings provided by Dolce Social Club, a DBA of The Fancy Group LLC (“Dolce Social Club,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By paying a deposit or full payment for a booking, you (“Client”) agree to this Policy and to the terms of the Catering Contract, which will be provided for review prior to payment.

1. Booking and Confirmation

• All bookings must be made by email to Dolce Social Club.

• Once a request is received, an invoice will be sent to the Client to confirm the booking.

• A booking is considered confirmed only after the required deposit or full payment is received.

• Payment of the deposit or full payment constitutes agreement to both this Policy and the Dolce Social Club Catering Contract. A link to the full Catering Contract will be provided for review.

2. Payments and Deposits

• Deposit: 50% of the total service cost (non-refundable).

• Final Payment: Due 30 days prior to the event.

• Bookings within 45 days of the event require full payment upfront.

• Corporate or commercial events require full payment at time of booking.

• Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and ACH.

Note: The deposit acts as a retainer for the date and is non-refundable.

3. Cancellations by Client

• If a Client cancels the event or service after the deposit is paid, the deposit is forfeited and non-refundable.

• Deposits cannot be applied to other events unless the Client follows the rescheduling policy below.

4. Rescheduling and Transfers

• Clients may reschedule an event if the new date is available. In this case:

  • No additional fee applies if the date is open.

  • If the new date is already booked, a 25% surcharge will be applied to the final payment.

• The deposit is transferable to the new date if rescheduling is allowed. If the new date is unavailable or not accepted, the deposit is forfeited.

5. Cancellations by Dolce Social Club

We reserve the right to cancel a booking under the following circumstances:

• Force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, severe weather, emergencies)

• Safety concerns affecting staff or guests

• Lack of communication with the Client or event planner after three attempts via email and phone

In such cases, Dolce Social Club, a DBA of The Fancy Group LLC, will contact the Client three times. If no response is received, we may assume the Client is no longer interested, and the booking may be canceled.

Clients will receive either a refund or credit at our discretion if Dolce Social Club cancels due to circumstances beyond our control.

6. Special Considerations

• Dolce Social Club is not an allergen-free kitchen. Clients are responsible for communicating any dietary concerns, and we do not assume liability for allergic reactions.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring all event details are correct, including venue access, timing, and requirements.

7. Legal and Liability Provisions

• This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States.

• By booking, clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Fancy Group LLC, including its DBA Dolce Social Club, and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising out of use of our services.

• The liability of The Fancy Group LLC is limited to the amount paid for services under the booking.

• Any disputes arising from bookings or this Policy will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Texas state and federal courts.

8. Acceptance

By submitting a deposit or full payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Cancellation & Booking Policy and the associated Dolce Social Club Catering Contract.
